No California Sales Tax required for international orders

The simple answer is "No" for our winery clients wondering whether to charge California Sales Tax on international orders. 

We have received confirmation from the California State Board of Equalization that no California Sales Tax is required on any orders to be exported to other countries—as long as they are not consumed within the U.S.
