Service Plans for Winery Clients

Our business model is B2B (Business to Business) and is to support winery clients on contract with us (A). The winery is our client; our mission is to provide a frictionless user experience to get wines fully compliant and delivered to their customers worldwide. The most critical part of our services is not shipping but using our technology to do proper Intl DTC Compliance with priority support. 

Two options

For wineries to utilize our well-established Intl DTC Channel to grow sales significantly. 

(A) On-Contract: Monthly Subscription: Sign a 12-month contract with one of the three plans listed below. P1 support.

(B) Off-Contract: A Pay-Per-Order Surcharge: $100 per package (typically 750ml x6 / 1.5L x3), in addition to our standard Intl Fees by credit card up-front is required. Not on contract. P2 support.


Monthly Subscription

Starting May 1, 2022, we are rolling out updated Service Plans for winery clients. Our current contracted clients are grandfathered in their existing contracts up to two years from signing.

Standard Plan

Pricing per property, based on Winery's Accumulated Intl DTC Revenue (ADR)

  • ADR < $10K: Discounted rate at $100/m
  • ADR > $10K: Standard rate at $250/m

(1) Service Level Agreement

  1. Priority 1 Support: by email and dedicated phone; typical response within one business day.
  2. Ship-out within two business days after order information is verified. The ship-out date on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday.
  3. During the busy months (March, April, October, November, and December), add one additional day for response time.
  4. Pickup: Free. Typically every Tuesday.
  5. Rush order: Free; typically one business day turnaround.

(2) Staff Training

  • Once a year, via Zoom or in person.
  • Staff training is the most effective way to prepare the winery staff to confidently say "Yes" to foreign buyers.

Plus Plan

Pricing per property: $450/month

(1) Service Level Agreement

  1. Priority 1 Support: by email and dedicated phone; typical response within one business day.
  2. Ship-out within two business days after order information is verified. The ship-out date on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday.
  3. During the busy months (March, April, October, November, and December), add one additional day for response time.
  4. Pickup: Free. Typically every Tuesday.
  5. Rush order: Free; typically one business day turnaround.

(2) Staff Training

  • Twice a year, via Zoom or in person.
  • Staff training is the most effective way to prepare the winery staff to confidently say "Yes" to foreign buyers.

(3) Data Reporting

  • To receive up to 5 user accounts with access to Eagle View cloud-based software.
  • Access to historical Intl DTC customers, orders, and shipment tracking reports.
  • For any export compliance reporting, including the California State Board of Equalization's audit on wine exports.

(4) Intl Release and Channel Opportunities

  • Support for batch processing winery releases.
  • eCommerce: Direct support for API-based system integration for eCommerce order automation.
  • Access to cross-border eCommerce opportunities with our global partners in China, Japan, the UK, etc.
  • Connections to any interested foreign buyers.

Enterprise Plan

"Resident Expert for Intl DTC." 

We provide the highest attention and partner support. It is designed for enterprises with three or more winery properties to utilize our specialized knowledge to expand the Intl DTC business significantly.

Pricing:

  • First property: $800/m
  • Second property: $450/m
  • Third property: $450/m

Minimum 3 properties per Enterprise Plan Agreement. For example, a plan that covers 3 properties: $800+$450+$450 = $1,700/month

  • To receive up to 5 user accounts (per winery property) with access to Eagle View cloud-based software, with the capability for any user to access data across all properties.
  • Access to historical Intl DTC customers, orders, and shipment tracking reports. 
  • For any export compliance reporting, including the California State Board of Equalization's audit on wine exports.

(4) Intl Release and Channel Opportunities

  • Support for batch processing winery releases.
  • eCommerce: Direct support for API-based system integration for eCommerce order automation.
  • Access to cross-border eCommerce opportunities with our global partners in China, Japan, the UK, etc.
  • Connections to any interested foreign buyers.

(5) "Resident Export" Support

  • Customized services to build Intl DTC cross-border eCommerce solutions.
  • Customized services for eCommerce technology integrations, i.e., API connections, operation alignment, etc.
  • Priority support for revenue opportunities, i.e., corporate gifting, virtual tasting events, etc.
