• Pay-Per-Order: $100 per package (typically 750ml x 6 bottles/1.5L x 3 bottles, packed for safe transit), in addition to our standard Intl Fees. 
• Only applicable to Off-Contract Wineries and Private Customers.

We have trained the On-Contract winery staff to take care of Intl DTC orders and support their business with a streamlined process. We will provide the same high-quality service to Off-Contract customers when they pay the surcharge to cover our extra efforts for ad hoc requests.

Process

Off-Contract Wineries

1. Use our Intl DTC App (with a passcode) to get a quote and pay the standard Intl Fees (typically charged to your customer's credit card).
2. Pay the Off-Contract surcharge via a secure payment link emailed by us.
3. We will work with your staff for wine pickups and process the order.

Private Customers

1. Use our Intl DTC App (Guest mode) to get a quote and pay the standard Intl Fees with your credit card.
2. Pay the Off-Contract surcharge via a secure payment link emailed by us.
3. We will work with the winery staff for wine pickups and process the order.
