How long does delivery take?
We do not guarantee a delivery time because customs clearance and global logistics are beyond our control. However, the following information shows typical delivery times based on our historical data.

(A) Preparation time (2-10 days)

- Process time depends on the three priority support levels per customer type.
- To deliver wines to our warehouse.

(B) Intl cross-border transit time (2-30 days)
We use FedEx International Express by air, which is the fastest service available. Transit time depends on global logistics and customs clearance efficiency.
Below are the estimated transit times from our warehouse to the consumer's doorstep based on historical data. We do not guarantee a delivery date because customs clearance time is beyond our control.
