What?
Here at Gliding Eagle / Wine Services, our business model is to work primarily with ultra-premium winery clients. Our frictionless user experience for Intl DTC enables wineries to grow cross-border sales significantly.
We are the leader in Intl DTC—using our own technology built from the ground up—to make the Compliance and Delivery process frictionless to 60+ global destinations.
Why?
The U.S. domestic wine DTC has been the fastest-growing channel for the past 10 years. The Intl DTC channel is in the initial growth phase. As the industry standard, our technology and services enable clients to increase Intl DTC sales without boundaries.
Since 2015, we have grown to serve 200+ ultra-premium winery clients, many of whom are on contract to receive priority support and sales opportunities. Our clients collectively realize ~$5M annual revenue from the Gliding Eagle Intl DTC channel.
How?
We partner with a winery in one of the two ways:
(A) Sign on as a Contracted Winery Client
(B) Pay-Per-Order
Option (A): On-Contract
Step 1
Please choose one of three monthly subscription plans and contact our sales team to onboard (a 5-min simple e-sign process).
- Standard: Compliance, Duties & Delivery to 50+ global destinations, including staff training and wine pickups.
- Plus: + Data reporting and cross-border eCommerce opportunities.
- Enterprise: + For entities with 3 or more winery properties to receive customized services and support and eCommerce API integrations.
Step 2
We will train and support the winery staff to proactively drive Intl DTC sales in the tasting room.
Step 3
We will support the winery staff with eCommerce sales opportunities for clients on Plus and Enterprise plans.
Option (B): Pay-by-Order
Pay $100 per package (typically 750ml x 6 bottles/1.5L x 3 bottles, packed for safe transit), in addition to our standard Intl Fees.
